How can I test my website from outside my home network? I have a cable internet service and a wireless router. - test website outside network

I Developed a web application in Struts on my PC at home. I use in Tomcat. In my LAN I can access my application on the internal IP address. How can outside my home network. It is necessary to make some further adjustments? Which IP should I use? Should I my router?

Hello
Configure your router to redirect HTTP requests to the IP address of the PC as a web server to act. You must know the external IP address of the router, but if you do not have a static IP address. I propose the creation of a dynamic DNS service with dyndns.org. These guys will help you create a single account for free, the routers support dynamic DNS, ADSL router Netgear certainly not, if not, then download a small prog DynDNS running on your PC and its servers will manage dynamic IP Date up to DynDNS address to friends. To a field myweb.dyndns.org can say that it will lead to your dynamic IP address of your router and connect to your Web server.

Hope that makes sense.

Is it based on HTTP? (Wit me a web browser?)

If so, there are numerous free proxy services can loop back through the field. I just tried another question .. surfindark.com
