I tried to stand in the Rite Aid and I said the same swing: "It doesn` t! "LOL! Someone said in a review that you can not feel it vibrate, but you can hear it vibrate. So, in other words, it vibrates so fast that not even see. It `s funny I know, but do not worry, it is" not broken! Hope I helped! BTW be sure, just to check batteries, whether they work or to buy, if necessary.
And I would check the obvious things, like a battery. lol
but still does not work, save, return
