The Department of Transportation (DOT) has proposed new rules to establish that insulin-dependent diabetes exempt certain drivers of commercial vehicles interstate prohibitions contained in diabetes Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSA). The final rules, published in the Federal Register 3 September of that exceptions only for applicants who meet our criteria, and meet all requirements of the exemption be granted. Users who are exceptions to satisfy special conditions. FMCSA exemptions granted for not more than two years and begins accepting applications for exemption of the 22nd September.

I am a professional pilot and lived in Jacksonville and Daytona
If your diabetes with pills in order, as long as you take your medication as you'r it should be screened.
