It's the same basic reason that a man with an erection, sometimes a child again in his knees. It is simply a response to physical stimuli. Not necessarily mean that the person is sexually aroused.
Also, just because the simulated sex scenes, this does not mean that the parties are not encouraged.
It's probably a little cold on the plateau. Or it could be a deliberate maneuver used by the filmmakers, the breasts are more attractive. Have you been ice from a cube?
