It's bad and good.
It is often a very painful experience can not conceive naturally. Many people want to pass on their genes. Many people in debt, not because you think the NHS.
I think it just once, but a means test. Do not understand why a couple would say with a joint income of EUR 70,000 will receive free treatment if you can not afford to pay. It should be restricted to those who have no children.
It can lead to a small number of people to adopt. There are many abandoned children who need a home.
It is a difficult problem! I can see what impact they have on the NHS. EUR 85 million is a lot of money for so many important things to pay. Our waiting lists are long enough to save the life of operations without having to save more pressure on the budget.
I can not decide whether they supported or not. I have no children, and I've never gone through the pain that some of these women. IVF is the lives of desperate children who have saved.

Wait, you get free medical care in England? I am in the United States and even to health care through my employer (let's face it, it's the only way to get here, the individual market is a joke) and pay in the end more than half of my illness on the part of insurance yourself!
